STANDARD WILL WRITING
Making sure your wishes are fulfilled.
A standard Will is a legally binding document that helps you to secure the future of your loved ones. While you can’t know what the future holds, you can protect your home, your pension, and your children when you use the right tools.
Every situation is different, so we tailor our Will writing services to exactly what you need, nothing that you don’t.
“Quick response to my enquiry and work completed with a smile. No attempt to “upsell”. Simple, easy and excellent service”. Gillian Hinton
How do you see the future?
Our consultative process is about uncovering how you see the future unfolding. And how you can help your loved ones by planning. This isn’t a sad process. It’s taking stock of people you value most and making sure you do your best by them.
But if you don’t plan now, how can you help them in the future?

YOU’VE BEEN PUTTING IT OFF.
It’s okay. We won’t judge.
The truth is, you’ve been busy living your life. We can’t blame you for wanting to put off writing your Will. Talking about death is hard. Talking about our own death is morbid.
Our consultative process takes “morbid” out of the equation. We focus more on who makes up your life, what your dreams for your family are, what you imagine their future to be.
Then we help you put together a plan to make that happen, even if you aren’t around. It’s not about assets. It’s about who and what you care about. Let’s make a plan.
- Children under 18?
- Own a house? A car?
- Have a pension? Several pensions? Stocks?
- Have a partner? A pet?
- Have specific ideas about funerals?
- Own a business? Several businesses?
- Looks like you need a will.
When I finally did set up my Will there was not only a sense of relief that things were handled, but there was also the feeling of control….you can do something about it or you can worry about it.” Julie Rosse
Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT IS A WILL?
A Will is, at its most basic level, a set of instructions on what to do with your worldly goods when you no longer have a use for them. You can decide who gets what when you die, including your your extensive library. Including your pension. Including what happens to the house. Your car. Your vinyl collection. You get the final say. Make sure you get it all down on paper.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I
DON’T MAKE A WILL?
It all depends. Scary answer, isn’t it?
It’s not just chaos, it can mean having to dissolve assets to satisfy inheritance law. It can mean that if your partner remarries, the kids could get nothing. Make sure your family is taken care of the way you would want them to be by putting together a Will.
I ONLY HAVE A DOG.
You can leave a provision for your pets! Their care is just as important as any other family member’s. Make sure you provide for their care, especially if you are the only human in your household. You are all they have to depend on, and you can do something for them.
